Beneath the Dust Jacket is a monthly book subscription service offering curated book boxes and related merchandise. These Terms apply to all purchases and interactions with our site and services.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, with payment automatically processed on the 1st of each month.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your billing and shipping information is accurate and up to date. Address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to that month’s box.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations made after the 1st of the month will apply to the following month’s box.
  • We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. Please review our Refund Policy for more details regarding returns and damaged items.

4. Shipping

  • Boxes are shipped on the 2nd Friday of each month (subject to change). See our full Shipping Policy for more information.
  • Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

5. Product Availability & Changes

  • Products included in subscription boxes may vary month to month and are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items, box themes, or pricing at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Beneath the Dust Jacket website—including text, graphics, branding, product photos, and designs—is the property of Beneath the Dust Jacket and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. User Conduct
